Hidden at the end of a corridor (passadís in Catalan, hence our name), and next to an ATM, you will find the Restaurant Passadís del Pep, in the Pla de Palau street number 2, in business for more than 35 years.
At the end of the corridor you will discover a cozy space that maintains the original stone of the building, decorated with paintings of renowned artists. This carefully designed space, along with a personal and friendly customer service, creates a relaxed atmosphere, where you can enjoy a great gastronomic experience.
Our gastronomic proposal is based on top-quality fresh and season products, cooked in a simple manner, so you can savor and enjoy all its flavor.
We work without menu; we suggest our customers to let themselves be seduced by our proposals, always offering the best products available. We start this experience with a classic, some typical bread with tomato and olive oil, paired with bellota (acorn) ham, continuing with a taste of the best mollusks and crustaceans, prepared in a simple way but with a lot of personality.
As main dish, customers can choose between the fresh fish caught from the sea, grilled or with sautéed garlic and vegetables, cooked to the perfect temperature; or an outstanding meat such as a fillet steak, short loin of young goat or a large steak. If hungry enough, customers can taste one of our delicious stews, such as tripe and chickpeas or a monkfish stew. And to end a good meal, we always offer our homemade desserts, such as Catalan cream with strawberries, tiramisu or a chocolate dessert.
